Our crew not only had to endure a day filming with 3 of the most beautiful, talented and hardworking girls we've had the pleasure of filming with, but also had to endure the task of shooting with two very fine super cars on set, a classic Italian Ferrari 355 spider and the German Audi R8 powerhouse!
The track; Bassmonkeys & Soulshaker ft. JD Rox - Bad 4 My Health is building strong momentum in both the DMC Pop and Dance charts, casting aside competition from some of the biggest music labels and artists in the world.
It was a pleasure to work with Audiofreaks (management company) again, the whole team got along superbly on the day, the atmosphere on set was focused when it needed to be, but we had a good few laughs as well, we'd worked with them before and so were delighted when they called us up to ask us if we'd like to tackle a new project with them.
Due to the fast turn around, our workflow went tapeless.
We decided to shoot using Sony’s relatively new EX3 cameras and take advantage of the XD CAM EX tapeless workflow, with Pro 35 adapters and a good Cannon lens, we were very satisfied with the footage, being able to pull the footage straight into a Mac Book Pro on set was very advantageous too.
Matt Robinson (Onset Camera Operator) said:
“they are a great camera, we would normally use cameras such as the HDX 900 or F 900 but Sony continue to impress me with the versatility of there smaller range, the picture quality especially in low light is fantastic and with an additional decent lens it starts to get difficult to notice the difference, not to forget you have the huge benefit of the tapeless workflow, great shoot.”
